• Verification data: CNIC or business documents when you request a verified seller badge.
• Payment details: bank account or wallet number used for escrow payouts.
• Messages you exchange with other users and with our support team.

We collect automatically

• Device and browser type, IP address and approximate city.
• Pages viewed, searches, filters used and ads you saved or reported.
• Cookies and local storage used to keep you signed in and remember your location filter.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

visibilityWhat other users can see

Your public profile shows your display name, profile photo, city, member-since date, ratings and your active listings. Your email address, phone number, exact address and payment details are never shown publicly. A phone number is shared with the other party only after an escrow order is confirmed, and only if you enabled that option.

shareWho we share data with

• Payment and escrow partners to process deposits, payouts and refunds.
• Delivery partners to arrange pickup and drop-off of an ordered gadget.
• Service providers for hosting, email, SMS and analytics, bound by contract.
• Law enforcement where we are legally required to respond, or to investigate fraud or stolen devices.

lockHow we protect it

• Traffic is encrypted in transit, and passwords are stored hashed and salted.
• Chat between buyer and seller is encrypted and retained only for dispute evidence.
• Access to production data is limited to staff who need it and is logged.
• You can review active sessions and sign out remotely from Security & Login settings.

scheduleHow long we keep it

Account and listing data is kept while your account is active. Escrow and payment records are kept for seven years because financial regulations require it. Chat history tied to a dispute is kept for two years after the dispute closes. Everything else is deleted or anonymised within 90 days of account closure.

• View and edit your data any time from Profile and Settings.
• Turn individual email, SMS and push alerts on or off in Notifications settings.
• Request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to privacy@listkr.com.
• Delete your account from Settings; open escrow orders must be completed first.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your chosen location and filters, plus analytics cookies to understand which categories and pages are used most. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and disable escrow checkout.

child_careAge limit

ListKr is for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we delete such accounts when we find them.

updateChanges to this policy

If we make a material change we will show a notice on the site and email active users at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use ListKr after that date means you accept the updated policy.
