gavel1. Who we are and what we do

ListKr is a marketplace for new and used gadgets in Pakistan. We connect buyers and sellers and we hold payment in escrow until a gadget is delivered and verified. We are not the owner, importer or manufacturer of the items listed, and the contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller.

person2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details.
• One person may hold one account; duplicate accounts may be merged or suspended.
• You are responsible for everything done under your login. Keep your password private and report unauthorised access immediately.
• We may ask for identity verification before allowing high-value listings or payouts.

sell3. Rules for sellers

• List only gadgets you own and are legally allowed to sell.
• Photos must be of the actual unit. Stock images alone are not acceptable for used items.
• Declare every fault honestly: panel marks, battery health, repairs, replaced parts, PTA approval status and whether the box and accessories are included.
• The advertised price must be the full price. Hidden charges added later are not allowed.
• Ship within the handling time shown on your listing, and upload the tracking number.
• Stolen, blocked, counterfeit or tampered-IMEI devices are strictly prohibited and are reported to the authorities.

shopping_bag4. Rules for buyers

• Only place an order or bid you intend to honour. Repeated cancellations limit your account.
• Pay through ListKr escrow. Paying a seller directly removes all buyer protection.
• Inspect the gadget during the inspection window and either approve it or raise a dispute before the window closes.

account_balance_wallet5. Escrow, fees and payouts

• The buyer pays into escrow. Funds are released to the seller after the buyer approves, or automatically when the inspection window ends with no dispute.
• The service fee is deducted from the seller payout and is shown before you publish a listing.
• Payouts are sent to your verified bank or wallet account, normally within two business days of release.
• Payment gateway charges on refunds may be deducted where the refund is caused by the buyer changing their mind.

gavel6. Auctions

• A bid is a binding commitment to buy at that price.
• Bids placed in the final two minutes extend the auction by two minutes.
• Sellers may not bid on their own auctions or use another account to raise the price.
• If the winner does not pay within 24 hours, the seller may offer the item to the next highest bidder and the defaulting account is penalised.

block7. Prohibited behaviour

• Fake listings, price manipulation, fake reviews or bulk spam.
• Taking the deal off-platform to avoid escrow or fees.
• Harassment, abusive language, threats or sharing another user’s private data.
• Scraping, reverse engineering or attacking the platform.

We may remove listings, hold payouts, restrict features or close accounts that break these rules.

copyright8. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload, and you give ListKr a licence to display and promote them on the site, in search results and in app notifications. The ListKr name, logo and site design belong to us and may not be copied.

warning9. Liability

ListKr is provided "as is". We are responsible for operating escrow correctly and for handling disputes fairly. We are not responsible for the condition, legality or performance of a gadget sold by a user, for manufacturer warranties, or for losses arising from deals made outside escrow. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the order in question.

cancel10. Suspension and closure

You can close your account at any time once open orders are settled. We may suspend or close an account for fraud, repeated disputes, illegal items or breach of these terms; funds legitimately owed to you are still paid out after any investigation.

balance11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction. Disputes between users are handled first through our Escrow Dispute Policy.

update12. Changes

We may update these terms; the revision date at the top will change and material changes are announced on the site 14 days in advance.
